3D modeliranje konstrukcija<\/h2>\n

Svaku konstrukciju mo\u017eemo izraditi u obliku detaljnog 3D modela<\/strong> prije same gradnje. To uklju\u010duje modeliranje svih nose\u0107ih elemenata, spojeva (plo\u010dice, vijci, varovi) i povezane opreme unutar konstrukcije.<\/p>\n

Prednosti 3D modela su vi\u0161estruke: klijent mo\u017ee vizualizirati halu<\/strong> ili konstrukciju u prostoru i vremenu, lak\u0161e uo\u010diti eventualne kolizije ili potrebne promjene, a na\u0161i in\u017eenjeri iz modela mogu automatski generirati nacrte i izvje\u0161taje. Radimo u softverskim paketima kao \u0161to su Tekla Structures i AutoCAD, \u0161to garantira BIM kompatibilnost<\/strong> i to\u010dnost.<\/p>\n

Za postoje\u0107e objekte nudimo i 3D skeniranje laserom<\/strong> \u2013 precizno snimanje postoje\u0107eg stanja kako bismo izradili model i dokumentaciju (idealno kod rekonstrukcija i dogradnji).<\/p>\n

Specijalnost L-Designa je izrada radioni\u010dke dokumentacije<\/strong> za \u010deli\u010dne konstrukcije. Ako vam je ve\u0107 izra\u0111en glavni projekt ili imate idejno rje\u0161enje, mi mo\u017eemo preuzeti razradu u detalje.<\/p>\n

Pripremamo nacrt(e) za svaki element<\/strong> \u2013 stupove, grede, zavr\u0161ne plo\u010de, rebrasta ukru\u0107enja \u2013 sa svim dimenzijama, kutovima rezanja, provrtima za vij\u010dane spojeve, varovima i sl. Tako\u0111er isporu\u010dujemo listove sastavljanja (assembly drawings)<\/strong> koji prikazuju kako se elementi spajaju u ve\u0107e sklopove, \u0161to uvelike olak\u0161ava monta\u017eu na terenu.\u00a0U sklopu radioni\u010dkih nacrta, izra\u0111ujemo i NC datoteke<\/strong> za CNC strojeve (npr. za strojno bu\u0161enje ili rezanje profila), \u0161to omogu\u0107uje br\u017eu i automatsku proizvodnju \u010delika<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Predajemo i tablice pozicija<\/strong> (material list) koje olak\u0161avaju nabavu materijala i kontrolu utro\u0161ka. Ovakva razrada \u0161tedi va\u0161e vrijeme i smanjuje rizik pogre\u0161aka pri izradi konstrukcije.<\/p>\n
